Responsibilities: * People management; * Ensuring team performance; * Establishing best practices in logistics operations; * Addressing needs jointly with the Regional Manager; * Promoting and conducting training; * Defining and monitoring performance indicators; * Financial and budgetary management of the business unit. Requirements: Mandatory requirements for your application: * Completed bachelor’s degree and a postgraduate course related to the field; * Proven performance across all subsystems of logistics operations; * Experience with agile methodologies—this is a plus; * Practical leadership and people management experience of at least 12 months; * Availability for on-site work—local base located in São Paulo city; 2511190202461830790
