All selection processes conducted by **JSL** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and Assignments** * **Role Mission** * Lead strategic projects to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve profitability, ensuring integration among KPIs, processes, and systems to support senior leadership decisions. * **Activity Description** * Strategic Projects * Plan, implement, and monitor efficiency projects. * Manage the Operational KPI Dashboard (mapping, automation, and integration). * Consolidate KPIs from acquired companies. * Cost Reduction Plan (CRP) * Monitor performance and support plan development. * Identify opportunities, define targets, and validate results. * FY Challenge Plan * Ensure strategic alignment. * Monitor actions and validate evidence. * Budget Planning * Develop timelines and control deadlines. * Ensure synergy among budgets and propose improvements. * Analyses and Projections * Develop analyses to support decision-making. * Prepare materials for meetings and result dissemination. * Data Governance * Ensure information and evidence reliability. * Ad Hoc Requests * Prepare reports and presentations as needed. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields. * Proven experience in strategic planning, KPI management, and operational efficiency projects. * Advanced knowledge of data analysis and BI tools. * Ability to integrate systems and automate processes. * Advanced Excel; Power BI, SAP, or similar tools knowledge preferred. * Strong analytical capability, strategic vision, and results orientation. * Good communication skills and ability to interact effectively across all hierarchical levels. **Additional Information** The traditional benefits you already know — we offer those too.
