Job Summary: Professional responsible for order management, sales control, issuance of invoices, inventory control, and general operational support for e-commerce. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive e-commerce support, including logistics and billing The company is seeking an Operational Analyst in São Paulo. **Responsibilities:** Order management via TikTok Shop. Integration and sales control on Bling. Issuance of electronic invoices (NF-e and NFC-e). Product registration and updates. Inventory control (receipts, shipments, and stocktaking). Order picking and verification. Label generation and shipment tracking. Handling returns, exchanges, and cancellations. Sales and billing reconciliation. General support for e-commerce operations. Previous experience as a Process Analyst, Operations Coordinator, Operations Specialist, or Operational Efficiency Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
