Job Summary: The professional will support risk management, monitor and analyze credit KPIs, and manage credit models and policies, ensuring excellence. Key Highlights: 1. Committee preparation and presentation to the Executive Board #### **About the role:** * Responsible for supporting risk management across processes and activities within the risk area, ensuring excellence in meeting established quality standards and deadlines. Will monitor and analyze KPIs related to credit granting, delinquency control, and portfolio management. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Responsible for managing Credit Models – Credit Score and Behavior; * Management of all rules and parameterizations within the Credit Policy; * Management and maintenance of the entire credit limit workflow – Granting and Maintenance; * Responsible for managing and analyzing Risk KPIs – APPROVAL RATE, FPD, EVER, among others; * Management and development of the Credit Analyst team; * Responsible for preparing, analyzing, and presenting committees to the Executive Board; * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration or related fields; * Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Python; #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in related fields; * Experience in credit and risk analysis; * Advanced Microsoft Office suite; #### **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance: BRL 35.00 per working day on the Pluxe Card (20% monthly deduction from the credited amount on the card). * Partnerships with educational institutions. * Multi-Benefit Card: BRL 2,300.00 on the Pluxe Card (the deposited amount can be used as credit, since it carries the ELO brand, or withdrawn at any Banco24h ATM). * Discount on medication purchases (Drogasil). * SESC membership agreement. * Health Plan (Notre Dame): Employee access granted after the probationary period, with 100% company-paid monthly premium and co-payment based on usage, borne by the employee. * Trio of Services: Telemedicine + Funeral Assistance + Life Insurance (deduction based on salary bracket).
