Description: About the Role:
The professional will be responsible for efficiently and objectively delivering results, possessing an analytical and strategic profile to make key decisions for the collections area. We seek a customer-focused profile that provides tools and intelligence to enhance customers' purchasing power.
Key Responsibilities:
* Management of the Internal Collections Strategy/Escalation Framework;
* Management of deliverables from advisory teams in External Collections;
* Responsible for managing Collections Models — Invoice Score and Collection Score;
* Credit Portfolio Management — PDD, Loss, and Loss Recovery;
* Responsible for Risk KPIs — OVER, ROLAGENS, EFIC, among others;
* Management and development of the collections analysts team;
* Responsible for preparing, analyzing, and presenting reports to executive committees.
Mandatory Requirements:
* Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
* Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields
Desirable Requirements (Preferred):
* Experience in Financial Services Operations
* Experience in Private Label segment
* Experience in Retail segment
