We are looking for a professional to join our Benefits team, responsible for handling a client portfolio involving insurable and/or non-insurable benefits of intermediate complexity. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Attend to a medium-complexity client portfolio via in-person, telephone, and/or digital tools, ensuring all clients receive timely and accurate service tailored to their needs. * Provide customer service through attentive treatment grounded in dialogue and understanding of client needs, aiming to clarify doubts and/or provide necessary information regarding coverage processes for insurable and/or non-insurable benefits. * Support customers regarding reimbursement requests and/or pre-approvals, using in-person, telephone, and/or digital tools to ensure effective reimbursement for expenses incurred outside the accredited network. * Carry out necessary procedures for market research by gathering required data and/or information to complete quotation forms, identifying the best terms and conveniences for the client within the renewal timeframe. * Prepare reports and/or presentations containing claims indicators by organizing data, information, and quantitative and qualitative analyses, making policy results available to clients. * Identify opportunities for improvement by mapping processes during execution, applying procedures and workflows, and suggesting actions that enable continuous improvement in customer service. * Perform other related and inherent professional activities as needed or required by the department, whenever necessary, through training, professional qualification, and guidance from the immediate supervisor, to ensure continuous professional development. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency * Experience in the insurance sector with health and dental products, plus knowledge of current ANS regulations * Customer focus, professionalism, collaboration, innovation, organization, resilience, logical reasoning, and assertive communication skills **Additional Information** * Sul América Health and Dental Insurance Plan * Life Insurance * Meal and/or food allowance * Transportation allowance * Profit-sharing program (PLR) * Gympass * Birthday leave (Day off) * Apoio Pass assistance for you and your dependents * Discounts on personal insurance contracts such as auto, life, home, travel, and others.
