**About the Position** We are seeking a manager with strong operational expertise and analytical capability to lead the Production (Electronics and Recyclables), Technical, and Maintenance areas. The role is responsible for ensuring efficient production flow, process standardization, traceability, and accuracy of records. This position requires a high capacity to measure productivity, process efficiency, and operational cost, providing structured data to support senior management decisions. **Key Responsibilities** * Full management of operational teams (Team Leaders, Operators, Technicians, and Maintenance), including daily field activities. * Administrative coordination of the team: vacations, absenteeism, shift scheduling, overtime (HE), daily prioritization, and alignment meetings. * Ensuring stable production flow, line balancing, and consistent daily rhythm. * Process standardization, traceability, and operational documentation. * Management of technical processes: sorting, separation, testing, classification, and repairs. * Implementation and management of productivity KPIs (Takt time, losses, WIP, OEE, cost-per-hour, and process efficiency). * Inventory management across production areas and physical-to-system reconciliation. * Consolidation and presentation of results to senior management. **Technical Requirements (Hard Skills)** * Proven experience managing large operational teams. * Proficiency in ERP systems applied to production. * Operational metrics: takt time, productivity, cycle time, OEE, losses, bottlenecks. * Lean methodologies (5S, PDCA, Kaizen, FIFO). * Inventory management, reconciliation, and accuracy. * Technical knowledge of electronics and recycling. * ISO standards and SSMA practices. **Soft Skills** * Practical leadership, routine-oriented. * Data-driven decision making. * Objective and integrative communication. * Operational discipline and execution focus. * Conflict management and high resilience. **Academic Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Production Engineering, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or related fields. Desirable: technical courses (Electronics, IT, Mechatronics). Advantages: specializations in Lean, Production Planning & Control (PCP), or Operations Management.
