Job Summary: Operate, monitor, and maintain grinding machinery, classify materials, ensure quality, and organize the work environment. Key Highlights: 1. Experience operating grinding and classification machinery. 2. Focus on quality control and workplace organization. 3. Production recordkeeping and documentation of operational data. Machine Operation: Feed, start up, and monitor the mill to ensure continuous operation. Separation and Grinding: Classify materials (plastics, burrs, grains) by color and type, grinding\-them according to specifications. Organization and Cleaning: Maintain an organized workplace and clean the machine to prevent cross-contamination between different materials. Quality Control: Identify non-conforming parts and ensure ground material meets required standards. Basic Maintenance: Assess maintenance needs, perform preventive cleaning, and report technical failures. Reporting: Record production, conduct weighing, and document operational data. High school diploma and/or technical education; minimum 2 years of relevant experience; prior industrial experience preferred, especially in grinding or production.
