FROM WORDS TO ACTION Ensure proper functioning of unit equipment related to electrical, hydraulic, painting, telecommunications, and refrigeration systems across the entire unit infrastructure; Collaborate with the team to reduce unit risks, following established procedures and alerting management about potential risk situations; Enforce use of PPE by suppliers and service providers during work performed inside the unit; Report risks to the physical safety of customers and colleagues to the immediate supervisor to enable prompt corrective action; Initiate and monitor supply orders required for unit maintenance. Availability to work on a rotating 6x1 schedule. Requirements: Completed high school; Certification in at least one of the following technical courses: \- Industrial Machinery Maintenance Technician; \- Electrical Engineering Technician; Electronics Technician; Electromechanical Technician; \- Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technician; \- Maintenance Mechanic Technician; Electrical or Electrotechnical Technician; Valid NR10 certification with 40 hours of training; Minimum 6 months’ experience in building maintenance.
