Definition of technical standards and governance for AI models. **Job Description**: **About the Role** We are looking for a senior professional to work on Python development with a focus on advanced Artificial Intelligence solutions, particularly Generative AI and inference pipelines. This role is critical to building robust technical foundations, ensuring governance, and leading large-scale AI initiatives within the organization. **Responsibilities** * Develop, enhance, and maintain system functionalities using Python. * Design and lead the implementation of complex AI and GenAI solutions, ensuring integration with the technology ecosystem. * Define technical standards, governance, and best practices to ensure quality and security of AI models. * Research new approaches in Generative AI and lead initiatives for adopting emerging technologies. * Oversee large-scale AI projects, managing stakeholders, resources, and timelines. * Identify improvement opportunities and implement innovative practices to optimize systems, models, and processes. **Requirements (Must Have)** * Advanced experience in Python development, including package creation and large-scale data manipulation and processing. * Experience designing and implementing scalable architectures for AI solutions, including generative models such as GANs and transformers. * Practical experience with RAG inference pipelines and libraries such as LangChain and LangGraph. * Experience with data governance, ensuring data quality, security, and standardization. * Experience with cloud platforms oriented toward AI, such as AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform, Azure ML, or OCI. * Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI. * Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus or ELK Stack for production model tracking. * Familiarity with Docker, REST APIs, SQL, NoSQL, Kubernetes, Apache Kafka, Linux, and Jupyter Notebooks. **Requirements (Nice to Have)** * Knowledge of frameworks such as Nemo Guardrails and Langfuse. * Experience in applied research on generative models. * Experience with distributed frameworks such as Spark or Dask for large-scale processing. * Experience with pipeline optimization and advanced MLOps practices. **Additional Information** **Location****Employment Type****Work Model** São Paulo, SP, BR PJ Contractor Hybrid
