Job Summary: Python Consultant with focus on Artificial Intelligence to work on development, training, and evaluation of machine learning models, aiming for optimization and problem-solving. Collaboration on team projects and creation of proof-of-concepts. **Position:**Python Consultant with focus on Artificial Intelligence**Employment Type: CLT** **Work Mode: Hybrid\-SP** **Work Location: São Paulo** **Education: Completed Bachelor's Degree** **Mandatory Requirements / Technologies / Required Knowledge** **Main Activities** **Responsibilities:** **Data Collection and Preparation:** **Assist in collecting, cleaning, and preparing relevant datasets for AI model training;** **Perform preprocessing tasks such as normalization, standardization, and handling of missing values.** **Data Exploration:** **Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that may guide AI model development.** **Model Development and Training:** **Collaborate with the team to develop, implement, and train machine learning models, e.g., using libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, Scikit\-Learn, etc;** **Experiment with different algorithms and configurations to optimize model performance.** **Model Evaluation:** **Evaluate model performance using relevant metrics such as accuracy, recall, F1\-score, AUC, among others;** **Identify issues related to bias, overfitting, or underfitting and take corrective actions.** **Testing and Validation:** **Conduct rigorous testing on deployed models to ensure they function correctly across different scenarios.** **Documentation:** **Document processes, approaches, decisions, and model outcomes clearly and systematically.** **Problem Solving:** **Identify problems and challenges that can be addressed with AI, and propose appropriate solutions.** **Proof-of-Concept Development:** **Create proof-of-concepts to demonstrate the feasibility of AI solutions in specific scenarios.** **Team Project Contribution:** **Actively participate in team projects, providing support and insights during AI solution implementation.** **Requirements:** **Experience in Python programming; additional advantage if knowledge or experience exists with AI, ML, and DL libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, Scikit\-Learn, PyTorch, etc.** **Solid understanding of fundamental concepts in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), and Natural Language Processing (NLP).** **Preferred (not mandatory / not disqualifying)** **.NET development
