Job Summary: A professional to manage and coordinate complex AI projects, from ideation through delivery, with a focus on innovative solutions and problem resolution. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end management of high-complexity AI projects 2. Development of advanced NLP models for Supervised and Generative AI 3. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Description: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering (Exact Sciences fields) is preferred. Preferred qualification: Master's or Ph.D. in Exact Sciences fields. Experience with AI-related technologies and libraries, including Machine Learning and modeling; Knowledge of Analytics and Big Data technologies (solutions using Spark, HBase, Kafka, Hive, etc); Experience building and developing AI Agents and orchestrators (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, etc); Experience with AI development frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn); Experience with Cloud Computing (GCP, AWS, Azure, OCI); Preferred: knowledge of GPU or TPU. * Management of high-complexity projects, from ideation through production delivery to clients. * Oversight of the entire project lifecycle. * Collaboration and coordination across multiple departments, stakeholders, external partners, and vendors. * Technical solution discussions with engineering teams to propose innovative, efficient, and competitive solutions. * Active involvement in resolving issues, pending items, and blockers that jeopardize the project schedule. * Facilitation of integration between AI developers and the Product Owner (P.O.). * Coordination of application development using AI techniques. * Design, development, and implementation of advanced Natural Language Processing models for Supervised and Generative AI. * Experience involving AI projects utilizing techniques such as Generative AI, NLP, LLMs, Machine Learning, and Neural Networks. 2512250202491935207
