Together, we always deliver our best. **\#VemPraDasa \#DasaLovers \#VemSerDasa** **Important:** We do not charge any fees during our selection processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** About the Position: * Coordinate, guide, and enhance the end-to-end Procurement process—from supplier prospecting and qualification to contract formalization—ensuring the team adopts best practices and secures optimal quality, delivery timelines, and cost conditions for the Company. * Lead, monitor, and validate cost reduction projects, ensuring correct application of procurement methodologies (RFI, RFP, RFQ, Strategic Sourcing, TCO, Business Cases, Should Cost Analysis, Cost Breakdown, among others). * Ensure compliance with the Procurement Policy and Procedures, as well as complementary policies, coordinating periodic reviews with Management and guaranteeing alignment with Dasa’s principles, guidelines, and values. * Develop and maintain close relationships with internal customers, ensuring continuous alignment, transparent communication, and visibility into process progress, thereby strengthening the partnership between Procurement and requesting departments. * Manage and analyze departmental KPIs, reports, and results—identifying improvement opportunities, proposing corrective and strategic actions, and ensuring achievement of defined KPIs and SLAs. * Establish and strengthen strategic relationships with key suppliers, leading high-impact negotiations, supporting the team in contract and SLA management, and ensuring supply performance, continuity, and sustainability. \#LI\-BD1 **Requirements and Qualifications** To transform healthcare, you need: * Completed undergraduate degree. * Experience in supply chain, including negotiation of legal contracts and/or commercial agreements. * Strong analytical and negotiation skills. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * SAP knowledge. * Experience implementing and monitoring performance indicators. **Desirable Requirements** * Experience in cost reduction projects. * Experience in standardization and continuous process improvement initiatives. **Additional Information** By caring for our people, we become the healthcare that people desire and the world needs—check out our benefits: * Nutrition support: Meal Voucher/Food Voucher or on-site cafeteria (depending on location); * Health support: Health Insurance and Life Insurance; * Development support: Dasa University, Development and Career Cycle, Technology/PMAX Academies, and the Crescer Program within Dasa; * Others: Transportation Voucher and Performance Bonus (PPR).
