Position: Culinary/Kitchen Assistant Employment Type: CLT Location: Rua Santa Rosa – São Caetano do Sul * \* Working Hours\* * Tuesday to Friday: 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM * Saturday: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM * Sunday: 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM Weekly day off every Monday \* Salary and Benefits\* * Salary: R$ 2\.000,00 * Transportation Allowance * Additional R$ 100.00 for each Sunday worked Responsibilities * Assist in preparing menu items while maintaining the restaurant's culinary standards * Prepare and organize production list items * Plate dishes and support service operations * Keep service areas organized, sanitized, and ready for operation * Work according to the restaurant's style, emphasizing care, presentation, and quality Requirements * Prior experience in kitchen or culinary field (preferred) * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality * Ability to work effectively in a team * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor * Passion for gastronomy, brunch, specialty coffee, and customer experience Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
