Conduct research and prepare reports; 6\. Guide, design, and deliver courses and training programs within one’s field of expertise for other Afro Brazil Museum staff, educators, and visitors; 7\. Submit a report following each guided visit; 8\. Contribute to the development of educational projects, programs, and materials; 9\. Meet regularly with the Education Unit’s coordination team and other Curatorial Units to collaboratively discuss and implement integrated interdisciplinary projects and initiatives; 10\. Participate in internal and external events organized by the Afro Brazil Museum; 11\. Keep one’s immediate supervisor informed about activities and accomplishments; 12\. Perform other related or ancillary duties as required by the Education Unit’s coordination team; 13\. Attend seminars, workshops, meetings, and capacity-building activities organized by the Afro Brazil Museum; 14\. Establish and contribute to institutional partnerships through the programs and projects comprising the Educational Program; 15\. Ensure proper custody, conservation, maintenance, and cleaning of general- or specialized-use equipment, furniture, instruments, materials, and the workplace; 16\. Ensure the security of artworks, historical objects, and documents on display and/or under the custody of the Afro Brazil Museum. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in education, history, arts, social sciences, or museology. **Experience:** Experience conducting art workshops; experience in formal and non-formal education; museum or cultural space experience preferred; **Requirements:** Courses or specializations in Brazilian, Afro-Brazilian, and/or African art and/or culture; Intermediate proficiency in project and program management tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet search engines, etc.); Familiarity with online platforms such as Zoom, Meet, Streamyard, etc. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break. On Saturdays, work will be scheduled on a rotating basis.
