Responsibilities include supporting internal and external customer service, organizing documents, assisting with proposal and policy tracking, and providing general support to brokers and the administrative department. Tasks include data entry and updating information in systems, document verification, deadline monitoring, generating simple reports, contacting insurers and clients for basic requests, and managing physical and digital filing.
