Our daily work is highly dynamic and involves full construction project management. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Role responsible for service verification through FVS – (Service Verification Form); * Collaborate with foremen and engineers during site inspections; * Conduct apartment checklists (final inspection of construction with client); * Material takeoffs; * Assist in contractor quantity measurements; * Material and technological testing scheduling; * Visual management control; * Construction daily logs; * Photographic reports. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Incomplete or completed undergraduate degree. * Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit is a plus. **Additional Information** Benefits: Meal Voucher and/or Food Voucher Medical plan; Dental plan; Life insurance; Transportation voucher; TotalPass.
