Our primary focus is increasing municipal revenue (e.g., IPTU and ISS) via digital audits and Electronic Invoice platforms, optimizing processes without raising the tax burden. **Ideal Candidate Profile**: Early-career professional who enjoys interacting with the public. Prior experience in this specific role is not required, but experience in customer-facing roles is important. DAILY ROUTINE/ACTIVITIES: The employee will handle customer service and support (remote and in-person). They will directly implement systems at client sites and manage demands by issuing Service Orders (SO). **TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE**: Proficiency in computer usage, internet navigation, and Microsoft Office suite. **SKILLS**: Strong communication and writing skills. **EXPECTED ATTITUDES**: The candidate must communicate effectively, demonstrate strong interest and willingness for frequent customer interaction, and be focused and proactive. **Working Hours**: **08:30 to 18:00**, Monday to Friday, with a **1h30 lunch break**. **Work Location**: Hybrid, with occasional physical presence required at the office or directly at client premises.
