Ready for a career that delivers greater returns? **Check out this opportunity and \#JoinPagBank!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the team in implementing, maintaining, and evolving the Kubernetes platform to host PagBank’s critical applications. * Ensure observability, automation, and governance of clusters. * Contribute to continuous improvement of infrastructure and DevOps processes. * Provision and administer Kubernetes clusters (on\-premises and/or cloud). * Implement security policies, access controls, and compliance measures. * Automate processes using tools such as Helm and ArgoCD. * Monitor and optimize platform performance and cost. * Support teams as needed during application deployment and troubleshooting. * Participate in critical incidents and propose resilient solutions. * Document architecture, standards, and best practices. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. * Experience administering and provisioning Kubernetes clusters (on\-premises and/or cloud). * Experience with containers and best practices for containerized applications. * Experience automating processes using tools such as Helm, ArgoCD, and CI/CD pipelines. * Experience with observability (monitoring, metrics, logs) and optimizing performance/costs. * Experience with security and governance: access policies, compliance, and cluster hardening. * Knowledge of Linux and networking. **Additional Information** **To stand out in this role, it would be great if you also have**: * CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator) or CKAD (Certified Kubernetes Application Developer). * Cloud certifications (AWS, GCP, or OCI) are a plus. * Technical English (reading documentation and articles).
