




* Serve as a liaison between the executive team and internal departments * Schedule, document, and contract management * Administrative and financial support (accounts payable and receivable) * Financial data entry into systems * Real estate and contract administration * Management of executive personal requests (travel, documents, events, fleet, maintenance, etc.) * Simultaneous handling of multiple tasks with confidentiality and results-oriented focus Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or related fields * Minimum 3 years of experience providing executive support * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot Tables – preferred) * Familiarity with GEDAIM system and real estate software is desirable * Non-smoker
