We are proud to be part of people's lives, as they embark daily with us toward the future, sharing their stories, dreams, and achievements.
Our mission is to provide the fastest, most efficient, and safest transportation for our customers, **while honoring our commitment to environmental sustainability**, always keeping in mind the well-being of future generations.
**We are recognized for operating the country's most modern trolleybus system and using state-of-the-art vehicles with minimal environmental impact**, along with technologies that make a real difference in sustainability. Our fleet consists of trolleybuses, hybrid buses, and Dual Buses (electric-hybrid + trolleybus), producing zero CO2 emissions or low atmospheric pollutant emissions.
We operate the Verde ABD Corridor — São Mateus – Jabaquara — and its extension Diadema – Brooklin, totaling 90 km (round trip) of dedicated corridors, connecting the South and East zones of São Paulo and passing through the cities of Mauá, Santo André, São Bernardo do Campo, and Diadema.
With nine metropolitan terminals and 153 stops along the corridor, our responsibilities also include full maintenance of vehicles, corridors, overhead wiring, cleaning, flower beds, trees, and route signage.
Our vehicles travel approximately 1 million kilometers per month; the ABD CORRIDOR reaches a total of 67,000 trips per month — an average of 40,000 km per day, equivalent to circling the Earth!
To carry out this enormous task, 24 hours a day, every day of the year, we rely on a team working with tenacity and dedication: 1,200 employees, including drivers, public service attendants, ticket sellers, cleaning agents, inspectors, administrators, gardeners, and vehicle, building, and signaling equipment maintenance teams.
In 2024, our customers rated us with an **84% approval rate (excellent/good)** in the IQC — Customer Satisfaction Quality Index conducted by EMTU.
We are certified by the international certification body Bureau Veritas S.A. for Quality Management (ISO 9001:2015) and Environmental Management (ISO 14001:2015).
We implement sustainability initiatives that directly contribute to the preservation of natural resources, thereby committing ourselves to a better life for all — which qualifies us as “Verde Corridor” (Green Corridor).
Through the participation of employees and volunteers, we have already planted over 12,400 native tree saplings, contributing to increased green areas along the 66 km (round trip) length of the ABD Metropolitan Corridor, enhancing CO2 sequestration and mitigating global warming effects.
We implemented the ETE — Effluent Treatment Station (reclaimed water) to prevent waste: all water from fleet washing processes is treated and reused. Since 2009, we have treated and reused over 167 million liters of water — equivalent to more than 67 Olympic-sized swimming pools.
Other initiatives include selective waste collection, reverse logistics for batteries, tire recycling, composting of green waste from ABD Corridor gardens, recycling of ABD Corridor pavement, and replacing disposable cups with reusable mugs.
In 2025, we received the Clean Energy Gold Seal Certificate for purchasing 100% renewable electricity — powering eight of our terminals and our entire trolleybus fleet — thus reinforcing our commitment to the planet.
