Our goal is to provide merchants with a new payment method to increase sales in a simple, straightforward, and agile way; simultaneously, we aim to empower consumers to purchase what they desire without incurring high credit card interest rates. We are looking for a Junior Visual Designer with a keen eye, strong willingness to learn, and execution agility to join our Design team. Your role will focus primarily on producing assets for marketing emails and social media, ensuring high-quality deliverables within a dynamic and collaborative environment. We seek someone with solid foundational design knowledge, capable of quickly interpreting briefs, openly receiving feedback, and committed to growing alongside the team. This is an opportunity for those just beginning their careers but ready to get hands-on from day one and evolve rapidly within a team that values consistency, creativity, and speed. ***Join Pagaleve's Marketing Team!*** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Create digital communication assets such as marketing emails, social media posts, and campaign support materials (banners, presentations, etc.); * Execute requests swiftly while maintaining quality and attention to detail; * Interpret briefs clearly, raising questions when necessary; * Apply basic knowledge of Gestalt theory, typography, color, and layout in deliverables; * Receive, understand, and constructively apply feedback; * Collaborate with other designers and stakeholders across marketing and product teams to ensure visual communication consistency; * Support the application and maintenance of the brand's visual guidelines. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing degree in Graphic Design, Advertising & Public Relations, or related fields; * Portfolio showcasing graphic design pieces (even academic or personal projects); * Basic proficiency with tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma; * Foundational understanding of typography, color, visual hierarchy, and design principles; * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks; * Curiosity and eagerness to learn from more experienced designers; * Effective communication and collaborative attitude; * Must reside in São Paulo or nearby areas. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience producing assets for social media or marketing emails; * Basic knowledge of motion design or video editing tools; * Interest in design applied to the financial market and startups; * Familiarity with CRM tools and HTML **Additional Information** * Employment type: CLT; * Competitive compensation; * For your well-being and that of your family, we offer health insurance covering 100% of the employee and 75% for the first dependent; * Dental insurance; * Monthly discount voucher for stores accepting Pix Parcelado; * Birthday day off; * Meal/food allowance (Ifood Benefits card); * Flexible work model — we operate in a hybrid mode and maintain an office space for those who prefer working onsite several days per week.
