Greets and finalizes customer service interactions / sales. **What we are looking for:** * A friendly, organized, and proactive professional with enthusiasm and a welcoming attitude. * Commercial profile: ability to naturally and empathetically offer services, packages, and products. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Agility, results orientation, and proficiency with computer systems. * Basic knowledge of makeup is desirable to assist when needed. **Responsibilities:** * Delivering excellent and agile in-person and WhatsApp-based customer service. * Scheduling clients and managing the appointment calendar using the SD (Avant) system. * Selling packages, services, and products. * Supporting the technical team and the manager. * Organizing and welcoming guests in the reception area. * Assisting with marketing activities, sending messages, promoting offers and events. * Creating content for social media; posting updates and producing daily activity and service-related stories. * Performing express makeup applications (when necessary). **Compensation:** Fixed salary \+ sales commission \+ performance bonuses and incentives. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Strong writing and clear communication skills * Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and customer service systems * Immediate availability * Enthusiasm for working with goals and targets **Advantages:** Previous experience as a commercial receptionist, sales consultant, or customer service representative in clinics or salons.
