The São Bernardo do Campo Health Complex, a leading company in the health sector, is seeking a Psychologist. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct qualified listening to users' needs, providing humanized care and facilitating the establishment of therapeutic bonds; * Serve as technical reference when requested. * Join multidisciplinary teams in performing duties to promote comprehensive care; * Participate in planning and monitoring team health actions, as well as in shared scheduling, promoting interdisciplinary approaches; * Participate in territorialization and mapping of the teams’ operational areas, identifying groups, families, and individuals exposed to risks or health issues, to develop targeted interventions for these groups, considering social determinants; * Provide matrix support to health teams, fostering involvement of all professionals in addressing psychological distress, and also participate in other network-based matrix support activities to ensure comprehensive care; * Participate in multidisciplinary health promotion groups with the Family Health Strategy (ESF) team; * Provide individual and/or group psychotherapeutic care within the longitudinality of care, covering all age groups; * Participate in health prevention and promotion actions and campaigns at the Basic Health Unit (UBS) or in the community; * Conduct home-based care alongside the Family Health Strategy team; * Serve as preceptor under the concept of health education within the Brazilian Unified Health System (SUS); * Serve as technical reference whenever requested; * Record consultations in the current information system; * Prepare reports in their area of expertise whenever necessary for user follow-up. Prerequisites: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related knowledge. Education: - Completed undergraduate degree in Psychology. Active Regional Psychology Council (CRP) registration.
