**Job Description**
You will be responsible for administering employee benefits, ensuring accurate personnel record updates, supporting employees, and assisting with onboarding processes—always guaranteeing data quality and adherence to deadlines.
**Main Responsibilities**
**Benefits Administration**
* Perform enrollments and terminations for medical, dental, and life insurance benefits due to hiring, termination, and personnel record changes.
* Enroll or remove dependents upon birth, marriage, or employee requests.
* Monitor dependents reaching the age of majority and ensure corresponding benefit updates.
* Review benefit invoices and validate information against payroll data.
* Register employees and dependents in the payroll system (Senior), ensuring correct deduction processing.
* Guide new employees on available benefits by sending access information for plans, operator apps, and internal support channels.
**Onboarding Process**
* Send all benefit-related documentation to new employees and provide instructions for completion.
* Receive, review, and validate submitted documents.
* Request dependent registration from the payroll team to process deductions.
* Electronically archive documentation in employee files.
**Internal Customer Support**
* Respond to service requests via ServiceAide (HUB) and the Oi Unnimax channel.
* Support employees and their dependents by clarifying benefit-related questions.
* Ensure prompt and high-quality responses to received requests.
**What We’re Looking For**
* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, People Management, or related fields.
* Experience in benefits administration and HR routines.
* Knowledge of payroll processing.
* Experience with HR systems (Senior preferred).
* Intermediate or advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in VLOOKUP (or XLOOKUP) and Pivot Tables.
* Experience working at benefits brokerage firms or on client-site assignments is considered a plus.
