Promotion of continuous improvement, sustainability, and impact reduction **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree completed in one of the following fields: **Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering**, or related fields; * Experience in environmental management and quality control in construction projects; * Knowledge of environmental legislation, permits, and environmental conditions; * Experience conducting quality inspections and managing non-conformities; * Familiarity with technical standards, execution procedures, and contractual requirements; * Experience preparing technical and environmental reports; * Microsoft Office suite, with emphasis on Excel; * Willingness to work on-site. **Responsibilities** * Monitor compliance with environmental conditions and applicable legal requirements for the project; * Implement and monitor procedures of the Environmental and Quality Management Systems; * Conduct field inspections to ensure environmental compliance and quality of executed services; * Identify, record, and track environmental and quality non-conformities, proposing corrective actions; * Prepare technical, environmental, and performance indicator reports; * Guide construction site teams on environmental best practices and quality standards; * Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with standards and contractual requirements; * Promote continuous improvement, sustainability, and reduction of environmental impacts. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in infrastructure, sanitation, or heavy civil construction projects; * Knowledge of **ISO 9001** and **ISO 14001** standards; * Experience with contracts involving public agencies or funded by international organizations; * Postgraduate degree in Environmental Management or Quality Management.
