**Description** Responsible for gathering and analyzing technical and economic data for projects, conducting technical site visits, and evaluating technical and tender documents. Supports the development of demand projections for sizing sanitation infrastructure, as well as the preparation of budgets and operational cost (OPEX) estimates based on market rates for services, inputs, and equipment. Performs revenue calculations and projections—including consumption histograms—to support commercial proposals. Prepares and reviews Technical and Commercial Proposal materials, enriching content with specific studies. Ensures compliance with internal procedures and established deadlines, and carries out related tasks as required and directed by the immediate supervisor.
