




We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Collections (Accounts Receivable) team within the Shared Services Center (SSC). With infrastructure designed to support and empower our teams, the Company reinforces its commitment to this transformative journey. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Execute and monitor bank reconciliations for current accounts, ensuring accuracy of balances and integrity of information. * Monitor and process cash receipts, ensuring compliance with the financial schedule and commitments undertaken. * Manage banking files (CNAB) for registration, clearing, and return of receivables. * Record non-tariff revenues in SAP ERP. * Monitor delinquency and execute collections. * Consolidate and organize information for executive reports and materials, communicating financial data clearly and objectively to managers and related departments. * Assist in monitoring collection-related contracts and agreements. * Collaborate in implementing internal controls, compliance standards, and internal and external audits by providing information, evidence, and reports. * Support internal and external audits related to the area, including SOx. * Support the implementation of process and tool improvements. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. * Proven experience in treasury and/or accounts receivable operations, including reconciliations, cash receipts, and collections. * Familiarity with banking platforms and SAP ERP (FI module). * Advanced Excel skills (financial formulas, charts, dashboards). **Behavioral Competencies** * Analytical ability to identify trends, anticipate risks, and propose strategic solutions. * Adaptability and resilience in a changing environment. * Proactivity in pursuing continuous improvements that add business value. * Assertive communication. * Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize effectively. **Additional Information** * Health Insurance * Private Pension Plan * Meal Voucher (VR) and Food Voucher (VA) * Transportation Voucher * Christmas Bonus * Birthday Day Off * Extended Maternity and Paternity Leave * Childcare Assistance for Mothers and Fathers * Wellhub (Gympass) Partnership * Profit-Sharing Program (PPR) The new Sabesp is far more than a sanitation company.
