Transparency in all our actions and communications. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead the structuring, data collection, and maintenance of internal controls to ensure compliance with ISSB standards (S1 \- General Requirements and S2 \- Climate), per **CVM Resolution 193**. * Conduct the "Double Materiality" process, identifying not only the company’s impact on the world but also how ESG risks affect the company’s financial value (Risk Matrix). * Prepare the Integrated Annual Sustainability Report, ensuring alignment between financial and non-financial data (GRI, SASB, and TCFD). * Coordinate the emissions inventory with rigorous focus on infrastructure assets (towers and data centers) and the supply chain (Scope 3\). * Establish and monitor socio-environmental KPIs for certification and auditing of critical telecommunications partners and suppliers. * Engage directly with international funds and rating agencies (MSCI, Sustainalytics), ensuring appropriate *disclosure* of information. * Produce technical and executive reports (dashboards) on ESG performance for the C\-Level and Board. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering (Environmental, Civil, Electrical), Business Administration, Biology, Law, or Economics; * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Sustainability, ESG Management, or Regenerative Economics; * Minimum 5 years’ experience in sustainability consulting or internal ESG functions; * **Fluent English:** essential for adopting international standards and engaging with foreign investors; * Knowledge of **CVM Resolution 193** and the mandatory implementation timeline for ISSB standards in Brazil. * Familiarity with **IFRS S1 and S2** standards, with technical ability to translate disclosure requirements into operational processes and auditable evidence collection. * Proficiency in **GRI** (Global Reporting Initiative) and **SASB** (Sustainability Accounting Standards Board) frameworks; * Practical knowledge of emissions protocols (**GHG Protocol**) and waste management; * Analytical capability to generate compliance KPIs connected to Performance and Results areas. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in large-scale infrastructure, telecommunications, or energy companies; * Knowledge of **Sustainable Finance** (Green Bonds and PRI criteria); * Familiarity with **ISO 14001** (Environmental) and **ISO 50001** (Energy) standards; * Experience in ESG risk matrix analysis (physical and climate transition risks). **Desired Behavioral Profile** * **Communication Skills:** ability to navigate and adapt messaging across different levels—from engineering teams to the C\-Level; * **Business Acumen:** understanding that ESG is a driver of operational efficiency and reduced cost of capital. * **Analytical Thinking:** ability to manage large volumes of complex data with focus on accuracy and integrity. * **Methodological Rigor:** discipline to maintain controls supporting rigorous external audits ("Big Four" standard). * **Change Agent:** ability to educate National Directorates on the importance of frontline ESG data collection. * **Resilience and Ethics:** firmness in ensuring data transparency and avoiding *greenwashing* risks. **Additional Information** **Regarding benefits, we offer:** * RVI \- Incentive-based Variable Compensation, * Profit and Results Sharing Program — PLR; * Childcare allowance; * Life insurance; * Meal voucher; * Food allowance; * Transportation voucher; * Mobility allowance; * Unimed health plan; * Dental plan; * Gym discounts (TotalPass); * C4Life; * Internet and mobile phone plans with discounts.
