




Description: Education: * Civil Firefighter Training Course (NBR 14.608 standard) with valid certification. * Completed or ongoing Technical Course in Occupational Safety. * Updated Firefighter Refresher Course, as required by law. * Desired: NR-33 Course – Safety and Health in Confined Space Work. * Desired: NR-35 Course – Work at Heights. * Desired: First Aid and Pre-Hospital Care (APH) Course. * Desired: Ground Support Training for Helipads (IT31 CBMSP – Fire Safety in Helipads). Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in the field. Knowledge: * Proficiency in techniques for identifying and eliminating fire hazards and preventing accidents; * Ability to conduct or support internal training sessions; * Knowledge of area isolation techniques and emergency procedures according to ANVISA, Sanitary Surveillance, and Health Services Waste regulations (RDC 222/2018). * Conduct periodic patrols to identify fire hazards or gas leaks, among others, inspecting fire extinguishers, hydrants, smoke detectors, stretchers, environmental kits, and other safety devices; report any non-conformities and implement corrective action plans. * Respond promptly and effectively to incipient fires, using appropriate equipment and activating the emergency plan. * Provide initial assistance to accident and emergency victims within the hospital. * Coordinate evacuations during emergencies (e.g., fire, gas leak, electrical failure), guiding patients, companions, and staff. * Conduct evacuation and fire suppression training sessions and drills for hospital staff. * Prepare and document inspection reports, incident records, and irregularities, proposing corrective actions. * Support inspection and authorization processes for high-risk activities covered under the Risk Work Permit (PT), ensuring compliance with safety and fire prevention standards. * Monitor aircraft takeoffs and landings at the hospital helipad. * Respond to chemical product, medical gas, or contaminant substance leaks, following the internal protocol for environmental risk containment and mitigation, isolating the affected area and notifying relevant departments, and submitting reports to supervision. * Identify, capture, safely release or forward to competent authorities venomous animals (e.g., scorpions, snakes, spiders, etc.) or wild animals found on hospital premises, in accordance with biosafety and environmental control regulations. * Plan, lead, and implement the QSMA Minute across all hospital units, clarifying any questions related to fire prevention, firefighting, and emergency response within the hospital. * Actively lead brigade meetings, refresher courses, and trainings, as well as other meetings requested by supervision. 2512170202551805636
