We seek someone who is curious, analytical, and culturally attuned—closely following the internet universe, games, digital platforms, and audience behavior—and capable of transforming cultural signals, trends, and data into relevant strategic insights for brands. This role will focus on developing strategies and campaigns involving games, digital culture, e\-sports, technology, and major global brands, contributing research, analysis, and strategic reasoning to agency projects. The position requires structured thinking, digital literacy, and strong communication skills—someone able to organize ideas clearly and actively contribute to building presentations, proposals, and strategic narratives. Responsibilities: \- Support and actively participate in developing strategies for campaigns and projects; \- Monitor trends in digital culture, audience behavior, and key developments in the games, e\-sports, and social media landscapes; \- Conduct market, behavioral, and digital communication format research; \- Transform data, references, and trends into actionable strategic insights; \- Contribute to developing campaign concepts and narratives; \- Structure strategic presentations and planning materials; \- Collaborate with creative, influence, and project teams in ideation and content format development; \- Organize benchmarks, references, and relevant case studies for projects; \- Support post-campaign analyses of results and strategic learnings; \- Develop ideas and opportunities that may evolve into agency projects and proposals. Requirements: Experience in strategic and/or creative planning (agency or digital projects); Advanced or fluent English; Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or related fields; Genuine interest in games, digital culture, e\-sports, and digital platforms; Heavy user of social media and critical observer of internet trends; Familiarity with presentation tools (Google Slides, PowerPoint, or equivalents); Analytical ability to interpret data, research, and reports; Organizational and structured thinking skills to transform ideas into clear strategic reasoning; Excellent written communication and strong oral communication, with the ability to present and explain ideas clearly. Desirable: Prior experience in an agency or digital marketing projects; Knowledge of dynamics and formats on platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, and Instagram; Ability to transform data and reports into clear strategic narratives; Interest in market research and industry reports (e.g., Newzoo, Sensor Tower, Data.ai, etc.); Paid media knowledge.
