




Job Description: * Bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Public Relations, Marketing, Social Communication, Journalism, or related fields. * Solid experience in social media management, including planning, production, and analysis of digital content. * Proficiency in creative writing, storytelling, and adapting language to suit specific channels and target audiences. * Experience with paid media (Meta Ads / Google Ads) is considered a plus. * Analytical, proactive, and collaborative mindset, with strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams. * Continuous curiosity and commitment to staying updated on trends, influencers, and emerging formats across social media platforms. * Plan, create, and execute social media content strategies for the Alphaville brand and its developments, aligned with institutional identity and positioning. * Manage the editorial calendar, ensuring consistency, relevance, and coherence across different platforms. * Produce and review creative texts and captions, with a strategic focus on engagement, brand strengthening, and conversion. * Monitor digital trends and user behaviors to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in deliverables. * Track and analyze performance metrics (KPIs), presenting results and insights to support strategic decision-making. * Collaborate closely with Design, Media, Branding, and Internal Communications teams to ensure synergy across initiatives and campaigns. * Support the development of integrated advertising campaigns to reinforce the brand’s presence in the digital environment. 2512170202551871146
