Professional responsible for planning and executing information systems projects, acting as an interface between IT and business areas, leading meetings, and proposing technological solutions to optimize hospital processes.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
Plan and execute the implementation of information systems projects, including internally developed systems and/or third-party systems, being responsible for analysis, specification, and support to automate routines and processes within the institution.
* Act as an interface between IT and business areas to ensure systems remain secure, reliable, innovative, and aligned with institutional processes.
* Lead meetings with business areas regarding requirements consistent with project prioritization and the IT master plan.
* Conduct data gathering and analysis to produce functional specifications through meetings with business areas.
* Deliver projects and improvements with quality by creating test scenarios together with business areas for acceptance testing.
* Propose technology solutions aimed at providing information to support continuous process improvement.
* Guide and support business areas on correct system usage through creation and updating of standardized system manuals.
* Perform system configurations in compliance with institutional processes.
* Conduct training for system users via courses and lectures to ensure flawless implementation and usage of institutional systems.
* Generate information for internal analysis and for business areas through report development and data extraction from systems.
* Carry out activities in accordance with the organization’s established safety culture practices.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:**
* Required: Completed undergraduate degree
* Preferred: Degree in Information Technology, Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Health Sciences, or related fields
**Specialization:**
* Postgraduate degree and/or MBA
**Knowledge:**
* Required: Proven experience in Hospital Management Systems and Tasy ERP
* Preferred: BPM, SQL, ITIL, and Agile methodologies
**Experience:**
* Proven experience in the systems area
**Additional Information** **Working Hours:** 08:00/12:00 to 13:00/18:00 \- 08:00/12:00 to 13:00/17:00 (Fri) \- 44 hrs \- 220 hrs
