




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining information security controls; monitoring environments; and responding to incidents, ensuring protection of critical data. Key Responsibilities Information and Cybersecurity * Plan, implement, and maintain information and cybersecurity controls. * Monitor environments, networks, and systems to identify vulnerabilities and threats. * Respond to security incidents (investigation, containment, eradication, and lessons learned). * Conduct risk analyses and impact assessments (risk assessment, threat modeling). * Ensure protection of sensitive data and the organization’s critical information. Governance, Risk, and Compliance * Ensure compliance with standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, LGPD, GDPR). * Support internal and external information security audits. * Develop, review, and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures. * Support enterprise technology-related risk management initiatives. Security Architecture and Solutions * Evaluate, select, and manage security tools (SIEM, EDR, DLP, IAM, WAF, Firewalls, etc.). * Support security projects in on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. * Collaborate with infrastructure and development teams to embed security from the design phase (Security by Design / DevSecOps). Training and Security Culture * Serve as the technical subject-matter expert for the security team. * Guide and support junior and mid-level analysts. * Conduct information security awareness activities for employees. * Participate in defining the company’s security roadmap and strategy. Technical Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or related fields. * Solid experience in information security and cybersecurity. * Knowledge of: * Networks, protocols, and system architecture. * Operating systems (Windows, Linux). * Cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP). * Monitoring and incident response tools. * Identity and access management (IAM). * Experience with security frameworks and best practices. * Fluent English. Desirable Certifications * CISSP * CISM * CEH * ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Auditor * CompTIA Security+ * Cloud certifications with a security focus (AWS, Azure, GCP) Behavioral Competencies * Analytical thinking and systemic vision. * Proactivity and ownership mindset. * Ability to make decisions in critical situations. * Clear and assertive communication with both technical and business teams. * Organization, ethics, and accountability. * Ability to serve as a technical reference and influencer.
