Join our team! **Job Description** We are seeking a **Junior Technical Analyst** to work in the **Inspection and Certification** area, supporting technical activities related to conformity assessment, ensuring quality, traceability, and adherence to regulatory and normative requirements. This professional will play a key role in supporting technical operations, documentary analysis, and process monitoring—directly contributing to excellence in customer deliverables. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Engineering, Quality, Technology, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of technical and regulatory standards (ISO, ABNT, INMETRO); * Familiarity with conformity assessment, inspection, or certification (preferred); * Experience in drafting and analyzing technical reports; * Intermediate Office suite proficiency (especially Excel and Word); * Intermediate English (preferred). Behavioral Competencies * Organization and high attention to detail; * Analytical ability and critical thinking; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Proactivity and continuous learning; * Teamwork and collaboration across multidisciplinary areas; * Commitment to quality, deadlines, and compliance. **Additional Information** Preferred Qualifications * Prior experience (including internships) in inspection, certification, or conformity assessment; * Experience with accreditation processes; * Experience in documentary conformity analysis and technical requirement evaluation; * Knowledge of management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001); * Experience identifying and addressing nonconformities; * Familiarity with continuous improvement tools; * Experience with performance indicators (KPIs) and process control.
