




Job Summary: Junior IT Support Analyst responsible for handling support tickets, resolving IT issues, documenting actions, and instructing employees. Key Highlights: 1. IT education and knowledge of networking and Office 365/Microsoft 365. **Junior IT Support Analyst** ============================== **Responsibilities:** ---------------------- Respond to IT technical support requests from company employees across all departments. Resolve software, hardware, and connectivity issues on various devices, including workstations, servers, POS terminals, barcode scanners, scales, printers, etc. Document actions, procedures, and ticket status. Plan, monitor, and execute preventive maintenance plans for IT assets, where applicable. When necessary, submit service requests to the company’s technology vendors, monitor their on-site visits, and document their actions, procedures, and status. Instruct and assist employees in using supported technologies and devices. Perform basic maintenance on company IT assets (assembly, disassembly, component replacement, software installation and configuration). **Requirements** -------------- Academic background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields. Computer architecture: CPU, memory, storage, peripherals, etc. Computer network configuration · Installation and configuration of client computers and servers. Basic knowledge of Office 365/Microsoft 365 suites · Technical English. Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems.
