Workplace address: IPEN/CNEN, located at Prof. Lineu Prestes Avenue, 2242 - Butantã, São Paulo - SP, 05508-000 Employment type: CLT. ️ What We Are Looking For: Education: Completed technical high school degree in IT or completed or ongoing higher education degree in IT; Computer skills: Advanced; Experience: 1 year in the field; Key essential job activities (responsibilities/tasks): Provide support for configuration items, including microcomputers, peripherals (peripherals include printers, scanners, and other computer equipment), operating systems, structured cabling, and other components comprising the IT infrastructure. Provide technical support to end users of equipment, local networks, and IT software on workstations. Perform basic maintenance of peripherals, including replacement of boards and components, and electrical and mechanical adjustments. Perform basic maintenance of licensed software, including installation. Required Specific Knowledge, Courses, and Certifications: \* NR10 certification required. 40-hour course on Microsoft Windows Server 2012, Windows 7, or on the platform defined by SEGRS/IPEN for software-related activities.
