We are seeking an intern to join the Retail team of a multinational company, responsible for supporting the claims analysts team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Registering insurance claims with insurers; * Opening and monitoring 24-hour assistance services with insurers; * Distributing tasks among claims analysts; * Providing phone and WhatsApp customer support; * Updating and monitoring spreadsheets tracking ongoing claims. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled from the 2nd semester onward in Administration, Finance, and/or Insurance-related programs; * Basic Microsoft Office proficiency; * Results-oriented, organized, proactive, and possessing strong communication skills; * Prior experience in the Insurance sector is considered a plus. **Additional Information** * Health and dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal or food allowance * Transportation allowance * Wellz program * Birthday leave MDS is one of Brazil’s leading insurance brokerage firms, specializing in insurance, reinsurance, benefits management, and risk consulting.
