More than providing legal counsel, our professionals are guided to act as partners to clients—understanding the company’s true needs and seeking solutions with real effectiveness. **Responsibilities:** * Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job profile alignment, job posting, resume screening, interviews, and process stage tracking. * Ensure a positive and transparent candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process. * Develop talent attraction strategies using digital platforms, social media, and partnerships with educational institutions. * Screen and analyze resumes, identifying technical and behavioral competencies aligned with the position profile and firm culture. * Conduct competency-based interviews and administer technical assessments when required. * Collaborate with managers to understand hiring needs and define ideal position profiles. * Monitor departmental metrics, such as time-to-fill and quality-of-hire, proposing improvements to recruitment and selection processes. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in Recruitment and Selection. * Experience or exposure to recruitment for law firms. * Knowledge of competency-based interviewing. * Experience with online recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Gupy, Sólides, or similar). * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
