Join our team at Telefónica Tech – IoT and Big Data Business Unit, where we believe in the potential of our people and together can grow even further! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for the digital platform. * Develop and maintain functional specifications, use cases, and workflow diagrams to communicate requirements to the development team. * Write SQL queries for database analysis. * Conduct gap analyses to identify potential areas for improvement and provide recommendations. * Ensure requirements are clearly understood and any ambiguities are resolved. * Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to elicit requirements and obtain feedback. * Work closely with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are met throughout the development lifecycle. * Participate in testing to validate that developed solutions meet specified requirements. * Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the digital platform, addressing issues and implementing improvements as needed. * Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in project development and requirements management. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields. * Experience as a Functional Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in a digital environment. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including conflict resolution. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across multifunctional teams. * Proficiency in SQL. * Familiarity with requirements management tools and software such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar. * Experience with agile development methodologies. * Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. **Preferred Skills:** * Knowledge of user experience (UX) principles and best practices. * Experience with data analysis and reporting tools. * Familiarity with digital platform technologies and architectures. **Additional Information** Here’s what we offer you: At Vivo, we spare no effort in supporting and valuing our employees—not just excellent benefits, but flexible ones too. • Choose the ideal benefit for you and your dependents via a digital platform offering various categories including Gym, Meal Voucher (VR), Food Allowance (VA), Pharmacy Assistance, Medical and Dental Coverage, and Life Insurance; • Corporate mobile phone.
