IT2B Profile: Junior ICT Technician WORK SCHEDULE: 09:00 to 18:48 Base Address CAT: Av. Presidente Marques, 816 – Santa Helena, Cuiabá – MT, 78045-008, Edifício Pádua. Will work in TR – CÁCERES; preference for candidates residing in Cáceres – MT. OBS: Contract will be based in Cuiabá – MT, but work will be performed in Cáceres – MT. OBS: Will serve TR – CÁCERES and surrounding region; preference for candidates residing in the city of Cáceres – MT. Approximately 90 days after hiring, a BBTS fleet vehicle will be provided for use during service calls. The technician is entitled to reimbursement for vehicle custody and care, capped at R$ 600.00, upon submission of official invoices for garage parking and vehicle washing. No reimbursement will be granted if the employee stores the vehicle at home or washes it using personal means. Until the fleet vehicle becomes available, all travel must be conducted exclusively via public transportation. Use of personal vehicles is not permitted. EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent issued by an educational institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC), State Secretariats of Education, or State Councils of Education; courses registered with the respective professional council; qualification aligned with the professional profile and equivalent to those listed in the National Catalog of Medium-Level Technical Courses – CNCT (3rd Edition, Resolution CNE/CEB No. 01/2014), under the Industrial Control and Processes axis: Electronics Technician, Electroelectronics Technician, or Industrial Automation Technician; or under the Information and Communication axis: Information Technology Technician, IT Maintenance and Support Technician, Computer Networks Technician, Transmission Systems Technician, or Telecommunications Technician. A valid driver’s license (Class B) may be required. EXPERIENCE: Proven experience of 1 to 3 (one to three) years in activities related to service positions. Repair technicians should preferably have hands-on experience performing component-level repairs on laboratory workbenches. Key Responsibilities: – Ensure proper operation and maintenance of equipment, devices, and materials under their custody; – Fulfill assigned service orders; – Pursue self-development and maintain required competency levels for assigned tasks; – Collect, replenish, or replace supplies or parts in electroelectronic equipment, including data processing and telecommunications equipment; – Perform maintenance procedures on electroelectronic devices and equipment, including data processing and telecommunications equipment; – Conduct functionality tests on components and/or equipment; – Install/configure systems on equipment; – Disassemble and retrofit components and equipment; – Perform other tasks related to standard repair routines.
