Job Summary: The professional will support the Project Manager in finite strategic projects, coordinating comprehensive digital strategies and ensuring flawless execution of content marketing and inbound marketing. Key Highlights: 1. Direct involvement in high-impact strategic projects 2. Development of comprehensive and integrated digital strategies 3. Hands-on profile and proactivity in digital marketing This position involves directly supporting the Project Manager in managing the agency’s strategic clients. Unlike recurring accounts, the focus will be on finite projects with clearly defined scope, start, middle, and end. Your role is to ensure these projects’ digital strategies come to life flawlessly. Day-to-day tasks include developing content calendars, writing copy, scripting short videos, and coordinating creative team briefings. On the inbound front, you will design conversion intelligence: planning email workflows, operating marketing automation tools, and creating wireframes and insights for landing pages (LPs). Additionally, you must possess tactical knowledge of paid media to ensure your content and LPs align perfectly with traffic campaigns. Exceptional organizational skills are required to coordinate schedules, autonomy to drive execution forward, and versatility to bridge top-of-funnel (Social) with bottom-of-funnel (Inbound and Performance). If you are passionate about digital marketing, enjoy rolling up your sleeves—whether editing a Reels video or configuring a CRM—and want to lead high-impact deliverables in strategic projects, we want to meet you! Responsibilities - Serve as the Project Manager’s right-hand partner in client service and execution across 3 finite strategic projects. - Develop comprehensive digital strategies, integrating social media presence with lead generation and nurturing. - Incorporate paid media tactics into digital strategies, defining directions and customer journeys in collaboration with the traffic team (operating Ads platforms is not required, but including them in planning is essential). - Create editorial calendars, define content themes, and write copy for various platforms. - Script vertical-format content (TikTok/Reels) focused on retention and perform agile editing using CapCut. - Coordinate publishing schedules and prepare clear, targeted briefings for design and creative teams. - Plan, design, and implement relationship workflows and email marketing flows. - Operate CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., RD Station or similar). - Develop wireframes, structures, and strategic insights for conversion-focused landing pages. - Monitor project timelines, ensuring content and inbound deliverables are completed on time and to required quality standards. - Analyze social media metrics, traffic data, and inbound campaign performance to optimize results in real time. - Create and interpret reports for client presentations. Requirements Proven experience in content production, social media, and inbound marketing. Strategic understanding of paid media (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) applied to conversion funnels (knowing what works, how to structure the journey, and how to request execution—without needing to operate the platforms). Proficiency in vertical video formats, with practical skills in scripting and editing via CapCut. Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., RD Station, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.). Ability to structure buyer journeys, email workflows, and create wireframes for landing pages. Excellent writing (copywriting) skills for social media and email marketing. Extreme organizational capability to manage time-bound projects and assist the PM in coordinating deliverables. A "hands-on" profile (willingness to get involved in execution) and proactive problem-solving for both operational and strategic challenges. Strong communication skills to align requirements with clients and internal teams. Desirable Advanced English Spanish
