Job Summary: We are seeking a Data Analyst – NOC to support operational efficiency and indicator evolution, generating operational intelligence for environment stability and continuous service improvement. We seek a Data Analyst – NOC responsible for supporting operational efficiency through data analysis and area indicator evolution. This professional will play a strategic role in generating operational intelligence, directly contributing to environment stability and continuous service improvement. ***Key Responsibilities*** Analyze data from monitoring and observability tools (Zabbix, APM, logs, metrics, and traces) Build, evolve, and maintain operational and executive dashboards Define, monitor, and optimize KPIs (availability, MTTR, MTBF, SLA, SLO) Identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement in the environment Perform event correlation to reduce operational noise Support data-driven decision making Collaborate with monitoring, infrastructure, networking, and application teams Propose automations and improvements to monitoring processes ***Technical Requirements*** Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, Dynatrace, or similar) Knowledge of data analysis and dashboard construction Familiarity with logs and observability (ELK/Opensearch) Understanding of operational indicators (SLA, SLO, SLI) Basic knowledge of technology, networking, operating systems, and infrastructure Advanced Excel, SQL, or BI tool experience is a plus ***Preferred Qualifications*** Prior experience in NOC or critical operations Knowledge of automation (Python, PowerShell, or similar) Analytical thinking and systemic vision Proactivity and ownership mindset Strong communication skills, with ability to translate technical data into business value Focus on continuous improvement Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree Desired Education: Information Technology, Bachelor's Degree Languages: English (Basic)
