The Assistant will support Specialists and Team Leaders in processes and procedures, assisting operations in delivering performance indicators. Join our team! \#OneAtento! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide operational support across all areas; * Based on assessed analyses/opportunities, suggest improvements to resolve issues or enhance processes, and feed back to operations and the contracting client; * 100% of new processes are validated and adjusted into operational language. * Define objectives to be achieved and establish communication and adherence plans with employees alongside Team Leaders; * Continuous cycle: after implementing a process, we return to the first step to evaluate the next one. * Evaluate individual performance results, compare them against established objectives, and correct the course with the direct leader. * Conduct procedural interaction between operations and the contracting client, reducing operational leadership’s contact with the client, thereby minimizing potential labor impacts and disputes arising from employment relationship requests. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Must be part of Itaú’s GAC customer service team;** * Currently enrolled in or having completed a bachelor’s degree is a plus. * Position tenure: as per “Waiting Period Table” NI\-002; * Competency level \- equal to or greater than 100 (Good Performer); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Availability to work at the São Bento Unit. * Flexible availability regarding working hours; * Dynamism and agility; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to work effectively in teams; * Commitment; * Organization. **Additional Information** **Applications until 02/03/2026** **Salary** R$ 2\.400,00 **Working Hours** * 09:00 to 18:00 **Work Schedule:** 200 hours/month \| Shift pattern: 5 days on, 2 days off (Saturday and Sunday off). **Work Location:** Líbero Badaró Street, 633 \- Historic Center of São Paulo, São Paulo \- SP, 01029\-010, Brazil **Responsible Analyst:** Midiã Amanda Hello, welcome to the next stage of your professional career! **** At Atento, we consistently invest in our people’s development and have been creating opportunities for over 20 years—grow with us!
