Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office suite. Fundamental understanding of networking (TCP/IP, cabling, and device configuration). Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proactivity. Handle technical support requests (on-site and remote), logging all incidents in the ticketing system. Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, software, networks, and peripherals. Perform installation and configuration of operating systems, applications, and devices. Assist in monitoring and performing preventive maintenance on equipment. Escalate complex incidents to higher-level support teams and follow up until resolution.
