Job Summary: Professional responsible for all stages of architectural projects, from preliminary study to executive design, with focus on detailing and coordination. Key Highlights: 1. Project development at all stages, including construction detailing 2. Material research and individual deadline management 3. Critical project review and understanding of architectural concepts Responsibilities * Develop projects across their three phases (preliminary study, conceptual design, executive design); * Develop general details with construction solutions; * Ability to read and perform preliminary coordination of projects under supervision; * Full development of studies according to office standards and deadlines; * Material research, detailing, and supplier evaluation; * Responsibility and ability to manage individual deadlines; * Attendance as an observer in coordinators' meetings with designers/suppliers; * Decision-making endorsed by the Coordinator. Prerequisites * Proficiency in Archicad/SketchUp/Lumion/InDesign and Microsoft Office suite; * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with teams; * Holistic critical view of the project (e.g., layout, construction solutions, circulation, functionality); * Knowledge of legislation and approval processes; * Understanding of architectural concepts.
