Job Summary: Develop efficient electrical projects, lead the design team, and ensure compliance with standards at a major engineering and construction company. Key Highlights: 1. Develop efficient electrical projects in Revit 2. Lead and provide technical guidance to the design team 3. Collaborate with the installations team and ensure compliance with standards You will join the **Installations Projects Team**. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop efficient electrical projects in **Revit**, applying best practices and available technologies; * Proactively collaborate with the installations team to ensure compliance with **local and national standards** (NBR/ABNT, utility companies, etc.); * **Prepare projects** for **electrical systems, networks, data, voice, sound reinforcement, and lightning protection (SPDA)**, ensuring technical integrity and adherence to standards; * Develop projects for **low- and medium-voltage power supply**, considering safety, feasibility, and current regulations; * Perform **load analyses**, focusing on **energy efficiency, system safety, and reliability**; * **Supervise and provide technical guidance to the design team**, promoting technical development and productivity; * Manage deadlines, deliverable quality, and adherence to company standards; * Serve as the liaison between the technical team and coordination, supporting demand organization and decision-making. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Degree in Electrical Engineering * Advanced proficiency in Revit and electrical analysis tools * Knowledge of electrical standards to ensure compliance * Ability to integrate knowledge across diverse electrical systems * Experience leading teams; * Proven expertise in DIALux **Preferred Qualification:** * Experience in retail-sector projects **Expected Competencies:** * Exceptional communication and teamwork skills **Additional Information** Swile \- Flexible benefit Total Pass Hybrid work model Birthday day off Necessary equipment for performing your job Partnerships with Educational Institutions.
