Job Summary: The Application Engineer will serve as both technical and commercial support to develop the dry-type transformer product line, identifying customer needs and creating market-aligned solutions. Maintain relationships with key customers and support sales teams **Responsibilities** --------------------- The Application Engineer will be responsible for developing Eaton’s dry-type transformer business line, acting as technical and commercial support to sales and demand-generation teams. This professional will play a pivotal role in identifying customer needs and developing suitable technical solutions aligned with market requirements and the company’s commercial strategies. Key responsibilities include preparing technical and commercial proposals, supporting the sales process, and training sales teams on technical aspects related to the dry-type transformer product line—ensuring accurate understanding and positioning of the products. A. Guide and provide technical support to sales teams to drive development of Eaton’s dry-type transformer product line. B. Present the portfolio, technical features, and capabilities of products and solutions, delivering theoretical training and clarifying any technical questions. C. Monitor project development through visits to engineering firms and end users to propose optimal technical solutions and applications. D. Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, understanding their current and future needs as well as their project segment, to propose appropriate technical solutions—preparing technical documents and tools and supporting these partners promptly and effectively. E. Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure strategies align with geographic, industrial, and market-specific customer needs. F. Communicate\-timely with the company and submit appropriate reports on general activities. G. Visit customers jointly with the external sales team. **Qualifications:** ------------------ **Mandatory:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical Engineering. * Experience working with transformers, including activities such as pricing, quotation preparation, transformer design, or related tasks. * Willingness to travel nationwide, with higher frequency in the South, Southeast, and Northeast regions. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). **Desirable:** * Intermediate/advanced English
