Join **Inetum**! **Job Description** We are looking for an **OutSystems Tech Lead** to assume technical leadership of the low-code development area, ensuring architecture, quality, and performance of delivered solutions. The professional will be responsible for guiding developers, supporting technical decisions, participating in estimations, reviewing code, promoting best practices, and ensuring alignment with functional and technical requirements defined by the client. This role involves collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, sprint monitoring, support in resolving complex issues, and active participation in platform evolution and in defining the area’s technology strategy. **Qualifications** * Minimum of 5 years of proven experience with OutSystems (Reactive, Mobile, and Traditional Web). * Prior experience in **technical leadership**, team mentoring, and architectural decision-making. * Experience integrating with REST/SOAP APIs and developing reusable components. * Knowledge of application architecture, design patterns, and secure development practices. * Ability to analyze requirements, produce technical designs, and review code. * Strong communication skills and ability to interact with business teams and stakeholders. * Preferred education in IT fields (Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or similar). * OutSystems certifications will be considered a plus. **Additional Information** Availability: Must work in the **European time zone**, from 06:00 to 15:00. Location: 100% **Remote**. Good level of English
