Job Summary: IT professional with advanced ServiceNow experience to lead technical projects, deliver training, and develop complex solutions. Key Highlights: 1. Description: What you need: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or related fields; postgraduate studies (completed or in progress) in IT Governance, Corporate Governance, IT Service Management, or related areas are desirable; * Advanced experience administering/parameterizing the ServiceNow platform (minimum 3 years); * Programming logic and technical development skills (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, Angular JS); * Ability to create widgets, UI pages, and customize the Service Portal is a plus; * Knowledge of system integration using REST/SOAP; * CSA certification; * English (Intermediate); * Leadership profile, innovative mindset, and strong teamwork orientation for interactions with both internal teams and end clients; * ITIL + CIS certification (desirable); * Experience with one or more ServiceNow products such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, or CSM (desirable). Your day-to-day responsibilities: * Lead projects from a technical perspective, using communication tools to clarify doubts, present technical content, share implementation case studies, and introduce ITSM best-practice frameworks—aiming to develop and deliver outputs aligned with client expectations; * Participate in and facilitate client meetings regarding project requirements or ITSM-related queries; * Deliver training sessions, attend meetings, and conduct on-site visits (occasionally), ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery while enabling execution of increasingly complex tasks; * Provide appropriate support and guidance to less-experienced consultants, clarifying questions and delivering necessary instructions; * Perform high-complexity activities, such as designing and building solutions requiring in-depth analysis and complexity; * Deliver high-complexity solutions and/or packages, or required documentation including solution design. 251205020218533469
